Description
Continental Laundry Solutions is adding depth to its bench. The Oshkosh, Wis.-based distributor recently brought on four new team members — each bringing a distinct skill set that signals where the company is headed.
Cody Kopplin joins as parts order processing lead, stepping into a role that puts him at the intersection of Continental’s staff and its distributor network. He comes with 15 years of experience in customer service, order processing and project execution, most recently within a major health care organization. He holds an associate’s degree in printing and publishing from Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton, Wis.
Jordan Quade takes the helm as operations manager with six years of supply chain and logistics experience behind him. He’ll oversee warehousing, inventory management, forecasting and parts purchasing — with a sharp focus on process improvement and operational efficiency. Quade holds an associate’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Fond du Lac and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
Nancy Seidler brings three decades of financial expertise to her new role as controller. Her background spans public accounting, manufacturing and distribution, giving her a broad lens through which to manage Continental’s accounting, financial reporting and compliance operations. She also joins the company’s Executive Board. Seidler holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Marquette University in Milwaukee.
Aliyah Sherman rounds out the group as digital marketing specialist. She manages website content, digital campaigns, creative workflow and analytics — ensuring Continental’s brand shows up consistently across every channel. Sherman holds a bachelor’s degree in digital marketing technologies from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and a master’s degree in digital marketing strategies from Trinity College Dublin.
“This growth allows us to bring new talent to our team,” said President Mike Floyd. “We are thrilled to have Cody, Jordan, Nancy and Aliyah onboard and look forward to watching them grow with the company.”
