ADDISON, Ill. — CCI (Card Concepts Inc.), a provider of laundry payment systems and business solutions, has realigned its U.S. sales territories, the company reports.
This strategic move reinforces the company’s mission to deliver the highest level of service and support to customers, distributors, and industry partners.
Under the new territory model:
- National Account Manager (East) Paul McCarey will oversee CCI activities in the Eastern U.S. and be responsible for distributor development and management with a strong focus on new system sales. He brings extensive industry experience and a customer-first approach to supporting distributors and laundromat operators, CCI says.
- National Account Manager (West) Keni Smith will oversee CCI activities in the Western U.S., driving distributor growth and supporting partners throughout the region. In her expanded role, she’ll focus on distributor development, management, and new system sales.
- Inside Sales Manager Max Marcionetti is responsible for supporting the national account managers while also focusing on existing system upgrades, equipment add-ons, and CCI services. He’ll serve as an internal point of contact to ensure fast, accurate responses to product questions, quotes, and cross-territory needs, the company says.
Specific territory details will be communicated directly to affected distributors.
The territory alignment, CCI says, reflects its continued investment in ensuring that customers and distributors have a clear regional point of contact supported by streamlined internal sales resources.
“As a service-led organization, our priority is making sure every distributor, operator and partner has the support they need from us,” says company President Steve Marcionetti. “By aligning Paul and Keni as dedicated regional leaders and having Max strengthen our inside sales operations, we are expanding our ability to deliver responsive support, real expertise, and the best service experience possible for the operators and partners who rely on us every day.”
The strategic update comes at a pivotal time, CCI shares, following recent product and integration innovations that include Wireless LaundryCard, FLEX RF loyalty tap-to-pay, and WDF ProLink POS integration.
